SEQ Level 3 Teaching Pre-School Swimming (Advanced) Qualification
July 29, 2024The SEQ Level 3 Teaching Pre-School Swimming (Advanced) qualification is a practical qualification for individuals wanting to progress from their SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers qualification that want to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to teach the entire Water Babies programme.

This qualification will enable you to effectively plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate Water Babies swimming lessons independently. This qualification may also enable individuals to seek employment within the Water Babies franchise.
This qualification has been endorsed by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and provides 10 CIMSPA CPD points.

Qualification Time
- 58 hours (22 guided learning hours)
Entry Requirements
- You must be 16 years of age or older on the first day of the course
Hold one of the following:
- SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers
- SEQ Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming
- SEQ Level 2 Award in Coaching Aquatic Pre-Fundamentals (QCF)
- SEQ Level 2 Extended Diploma in Coaching Learn to Swim (Pre Fundamentals) (QCF)
You must be associated with a recognised Water Babies franchise.
Assessment
- Assessment is made up of a number of activities that are set by Water Babies.
